Our primary service

Colon hydrotherapy.

A gentle, low-pressure cleanse of the intestinal tract — and the cornerstone of how we help clients support long-term wellness.

Colon hydrotherapy — also called colonics, colonic irrigation, or colon therapy — is a type of colon cleanse that uses gentle, low-pressure oxygenated streams of water to flush the intestinal tract and support better overall health. The health of your colon is vital to your overall well-being.

People come to us in Ogden, Utah for all kinds of reasons: relief from bloating and constipation, support with detox and parasite-cleanse routines, help with brain fog and low energy, or simply as part of a long-term wellness practice.

No program required. While many clients choose the three-phase approach for deeper results, you don't need to be on a program to come in for a treatment. Anyone can schedule a single session whenever they want — whether it's your first time or your fiftieth.

Where to start

If you're brand new to colon hydrotherapy, the best first step is usually a single session so you can see how your body responds. Most people are surprised by how gentle it is — you're in a private room with modern, FDA-approved equipment and single-use disposables, and Lori walks you through every part of the process before anything begins.

After that first visit, you'll have a much better sense of whether you want to stick with occasional sessions for maintenance, or work through a fuller three-phase series to address long-standing bloating, constipation, or sluggish digestion. There's no obligation either way — every session is booked one at a time.

Have questions before you book? Call (801) 479-5616 and Lori will answer them directly. Reading the what to expect and FAQ pages ahead of time also helps a lot of first-timers feel more at ease.

My approach

Long-term health, not a quick fix.

My job as a colon hydrotherapist is to help you restore your colon to its peak functioning ability. I'm not just in the business of treating emergencies, and I don't operate as a triage unit — that's a short-term fix with only minor benefits.

My intent is to help you achieve long-term benefits and a happy, healthy life. When you come to me, I'll expect you to be ready to take responsibility for your own health — and I'll support you in that by sharing the knowledge and experience I've accumulated over the last 30 years.

The process

Three phases, on average 8 to 10 sessions.

Every body is different, but most clients move through a clear three-phase arc together.

  1. Phase one

    Eliminate

Clear out old waste that's built up in the intestinal tract over the years.

Average of 4 to 6 sessions, done weekly. The exact count depends on your age and history.

  2. Phase two

    Retrain

Retrain the colon to flush properly and efficiently on its own.

Average of 2 sessions, spaced about two weeks apart.

  3. Phase three

    Maintain

Maintenance so we never go back to square one.

One session every 1 to 3 months — like changing the oil in your car, a regular flush keeps the body running smoothly.
